The Faith of Our Fathers

I have a limited understanding of Christian history, but I know enough to be amazed at how easy it seems to be for the church to veer off course theologically if she forgets, not only where she comes from but the route along which she has travelled. (The physicist/mathematician in me wants to start talking about vectors, but I shall refrain.)

That by way of introduction to “The Faith of Our Fathers” day conference organised by Emmanuel Evangelical Church in North London, featuring Ian Hamilton and Bob Letham as speakers. I particularly liked Letham on Reformed Sacramentology where he openly challenges the Lloyd-Jones/Murray lack of interest in the sacraments.

Worth putting the mp3s on your ipod and listening to on the commute. Get them here.
